From being the entertainment guru at ETV Ghana, co-hosting The Late Night Celebrity Show to producing and hosting ‘Sincerely Vee’, Vanessa is looking to take over the industry from all angles. In the past few months, Vanessa was casted in Juliet-Ibrahim’s upcoming TV series, Every Woman Has A Story, she’s been named an ambassadors for international shoe brand, Crocs, and she can now be heard on YFM’s new show Y-Ired every Saturday at 1pm.
Vanessa Gyan continues to shine bright as she’s one of the pretty ladies gracing the new campaigns for Ghanaian designer, Bello Edu. With a degree in TV/Radio Communications and Public Relations, Vanessa’s promising career has fans glued to her and wondering her next move.
According to Vanessa, anything her name is attached to is because she’s 100% involved. She commented: “My one and only competition is I. I always try to improve my life daily. Also, in regards to my career, it’s all about studying my craft daily. Even though what I do comes so naturally, there’s always something to learn. I always say there are so many reasons as to why I’m here in Ghana. Some of the reasons only God will reveal in his time but one thing for sure is keeping my father’s legacy alive in a positive aspect is one of the reasons. My father did so much for the music industry and he doesn’t get recognized enough for it. People try to overshadow his raw, God given talent with negativity and it’s so disappointing. So, I’m putting things in place for my father and the legacy he built through his love for music and people.”
