Wiyaala left Ghana days ago to Morocco to record with Afrobian superstar Ahmed Soultan. Before Wiyaala left Ghana, CypherGh had information that the ‘Rock My Body’ hit maker was stranded at the airport when her flight to Casablanca was canceled. Wiyaala arrived safely in Morocco and has started working with Ahmed Soultan.
The collaboration will form part of Ahmed Soultan’s third album due out in 2015 which also features collaborations with world famous musicians, George Clinton, Femi Kuti , Fred Wesley, Pee Wee Ellis, Tekitha (Wu-tang) and Akala (UK).
Ahmed Soultan who won Best Artiste North Africa at the All Africa Music Awards is a multiple award winner with credits that include wins at the 2012 and 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards for MTV Best Artiste North Africa & Middle East, MTV Best Africa/Middle East/India and MTV Best Worldwide Act for which he received two nominations.
Wiyaala has six nominations in this years Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
